creative, inclusive, and caring

I understand that connecting to support can feel challenging, even in the best of times. Maybe traditional therapy didn't feel like the right fit because your lifestyle is progressive, fast-paced, and modern.

Whatever the barrier may be, things can get in the way of us getting help when we most need it. That's why I offer convenient and confidential virtual therapy on your terms.

a specific focus on pleasure.

Prioritizing pleasure is a radical part of healing and living. Many of us are conditioned to associate erotic and somatic pleasure with shame and fear. In our work together, we will reconnect with your ideas of pleasure, and ground ourselves in the knowledge that our own unique feelings and experiences of pleasure are all normal, and all good.

I support smart, insightful, empathic people

who can’t seem to find real value in themselves, despite feeling like they have achieved many of their goals. Feeling alone in this private self-doubt can be painful and frustrating.

If you are questioning your worth, value, or desirability in sexual or romantic relationships, feeling a disconnect between your accomplishments and your happiness, wondering if you’ve made the right life decisions, or struggling to feel confident in your voice or desires, you’ve come to the right place.

$325 USD per extended 60-minute session

$350 USD per 50-minute couples/relationship session

$300 USD per 50-minute sex therapy consultation

are you in-network with any insurance providers?

No, I am not contracted with any insurance providers.

I do provide clients with complete documentation to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, a benefit the majority of my clients utilize.

do you offer sliding scale and pro-bono rates?

I believe in sliding scale rates and accessibility and dedicate 20% of my practice to low-fee services. Message me to learn more.

*All sliding scale and pro-bono spots are currently full

what is an out-of-network benefit?

Many insurance carriers offer out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. This means that you will pay for your session upfront, and then request reimbursement from your insurance provider. They will pay you directly.

what should I ask my insurance carrier about oon coverage?

  • First, confirm that you do have OON benefits

  • Next, inquire about any deductibles that must be met before OON coverage is available

  • Finally, ask what your OON reimbursement rate is (often up to 80 or 90% of the session rate is covered), and learn about your carrier’s preferred method for claim submission

what codes might my insurance provider ask about when I’m confirming OON coverage?

90834-95 is the CPT code that refers to a 45-minute Individual psychotherapy session in an outpatient setting. The additional information (the 60 codes) that would be required is a diagnosis, which I will not be able to give until we've met.

what is a “superbill”?

A superbill is the document you will submit that is required by insurance providers for reimbursement. You will have an automatically generated "superbill" that will be available for you to access at your convenience in your secure online office. This is a complete document that will be immediately available after each session and will include all required information for insurance reimbursement. You simply submit to your insurance on a schedule that works for you. This means that there will be no paperwork for you to complete, it is all prepared for you.
